Their recent debut album is a bit better than this debut Ep. I don't like so much this Ep, and I think it's more average than their 'Omerta''.

Adrenaline Mob are: the former drummer of Dream Theater Mike Portnoy, the guitarist Mike Orlando (probably best known as the top ten finalist for Guitar Player magazine's Guitar Superstar of the Year in 2008), bassist Paul Dileo, a member of heavy metal band Fozzy, the singer and guitarist Rich Ward, a member of Fozzy and rap-metal band Stuck Mojo, and Russell Allen, singer and frontman of the U.S. progressive metal band Symphony X. The Adrenaline Mob's debut EP consists of four original songs and a cover of Black Sabbath, 'The Mob Rules'. It's a solid work, the vocals is typically heavy metal, and guitar riffs too. Probably the most interesting song is just the cover of Black Sabbath, the others aren't surprising, are powerful, heavy metal, in fact. Honestly I'm a little disappointed, the names, especially those of Portnoy and Allen, are prominent in the progressive metal scene, my expectations were very high and I expected something more original and engaging. However, their work is good, I'm waiting for their debut album to give a more complete opinion.
