Alan Civil (OBE), was a musician who played in the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Philharmonia, Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and BBC Symphony Orchestra.
Civil worked also as soloist, and collaborated with The Beatles on their albums 'Revolver' and 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band'.
