After his participation to the Tour of Dizzy Gillespie United Nation Orchestra, Antonio Sanchez was called by Pat Metheny to join his Pat Metheny Group, and so, since 2002, he become the drummer of the band . Sanchez has also a solo career started in 2007 with the album "Migration", this work sees the partecipation of some of today's most renowned jazz musicians: Chick Corea, Pat Metheny, David Sanchez, Scott Colley and Chris Potter.
