For many people Robert "Bob" Daisley is one of the greatest innovators of the bass, for his great technique, characterized mostly by the sweep-picking (a technique usually applied to the guitar) and a triplet arpeggios played in rapid succession. Bob Daisley joined Black Sabbath only for the year 1987. He also worked and collaborated with Ozzy Osbourne, Uriah Heep, Rainbow, Gary Moore, Yngwie Malmsteen, Living Loud, Jon Lord, Chicken Shack, Mungo Jerry, Widowmaker and other.
