David Hungate is best known as a member of Toto from 1977 until 1982. Hungate worked on the first four albums of the band, after the issue of "Toto IV", he left Toto to pursue a solo career mostly as session man and was replaced by Mike Porcaro, brother of Jeff and Steve. Subsequently, Hungate has also occasionally collaborated again with the other members of Toto in their solo projects.
