Eric Allan Dolphy was a musician and composer. Dolphy worked and collaborated with the greatest jazz Musicians, amongst others, with Chico Hamilton, Charles Mingus, John Coltrane and Max Roach. Dolphy played both as sideman and as a leader, his first album was "Hot & Cool Latin" (1959).
