Evanescence is an American rock band founded by singer/pianist Amy Lee and guitarist Ben Moody. Their line-up has changed a lot through the years and Moody himself is no more part of the band. After years of recording demos and private albums, Evanescence released their first studio full-length, Fallen, in 2003. And it was immediate success, it sold more than 17 million copies worldwide and the band won two Grammy Awards.
