In a Glass House, the fifth Gentle Giant's studio album, starts off strong and does not let up until its end. Kerry Minnear sings on most of the songs and in my opinion this is really a good thing, along with the sound which is more electric guitar oriented and a little bit less of a 'medieval' feel which is instead much more generous on their other works. Musically, In a Glass House is superb. I truly like the entire Gentle Giant discography, however, with each listen, I find myself thinking that In a Glass House along with Octopus are at the peak of their musical career. Highly recommended.
