Guthrie Govan is mostly known as member of Asia between 2001 and 2006, and then as a member of "Asia featuring John Payne", from 2007 until mid-2009, when he was replaced by Mitch Perry. Govan is known also for his work and his collaborations with GPS, The Young Punx and The Fellowship. He has a solo career started in 2006 with the album "Erotic Cakes".
