'If not now, when?' is a very sophisticated album with very good arrangements. It's a work constantly in the balance, in equilibrium (as the cover), and probably I have not it yet fully understood. When the guitarist Mike Enziger said about a challenge to fans, he was right, although throughout the long Incubus career, there isn't an album that looks like the previous one. 'If not now, when?' continues in this ever-changing, offering sounds never heard before, sounds sometimes more 'quiet', and more relaxed atmosphere.'If Not Now When?' is not a bad album at all, it's consistent, interesting and enjoyable. I really like 'Isadore'.
