Jah Wobble (born John Joseph Wardle) ia a musician, composer and poet.
He is best known as the original bass player and occasionally drummer and lead singer, in Public Image Ltd (PIL) between 1978 and 1980.
Following his departure from PIL, Wobble began a successful solo career (also since 1991 with, and under the name of "Jah Wobble's Invaders Of The Heart"),
continuing to the present.
He has collaborated and played with several artists and bands, such as, amongst others, Dub Syndicate, Brian Eno, Sinéad O'Connor, The Edge (U2), and Chinese Dub Orchestra.
