Born James Joseph Brown he was an American singer and songwriter, widely considered The Godfather of Soul. He has been recognized as one of the most iconic figures in the 20th century popular music and was renowned for his performances on stage made of vocals and feverish dancing. He was also called "the hardest-working man in show business". His worldwide hits are uncountable, among them "It's a Man's Man's Man's World", "I Got The Feelin'", "Mother Popcorn (You Got To Have A Mother For Me)" and his stunning performance on ring in the movie Rocky IV singing "Living in America" in 1985.
