To date the best prog rock album ever. On some compilation and live albums there's a shortened version of the song thick as a brick, but the original two parts are a very different thing. A great concept album and the best work by Jethro Tull, timeless.

Thick is a brick is a concept album, an unique track developed long the entire duration of the LP, CD, and so on. It's a milestone in prog rock music scene, and with a few (very few) of other albums, it raises rock music to art, making it comparable to other and probably most noble forms of expressions. Thick as a brick is fantastic, beautiful are instrumental interweavings, the sweet passages and the agressive and powerful restartings, personally I think Thick as a brick is the absolute masterpiece by Ian Anderson and his Jethro Tull. Don't miss!!
