James "Jim" Matheos, is best known as a founding member of Fates Warning and of OSI, a duo founded together with the keyboardist Kevin Moore (Chroma Key and Dream Theater's former member). Matheos has collaborated with Gordian Knot and with John Arch (Fates Warning's former member). He has also a solo career started with the album "First Impressions" (1993).
