John Du Cann (born John Cann) is a musician best known as a former member of Atomic Rooster. His early bands were "The Sonics" (not to be confused with the 1960s US band of the same name), the London-based The Attack, and a progressive, hard rock band called Andromeda. Subsequently Du Cann joined Atomic Rooster. He left Atomic Rooster in 1971, and after he collaborated with several bands and musicians, such as, amongst others, Thin Lizzy and Francis Rossi (Status Quo).
