John Payne is a musician, composer and record producer. Payne is best known as member of Asia (lead singer and bassist) between 1992 and 2006, and then, from June 2007, with "Asia Featuring John Payne". He has collaborated and worked with other artists and bands, such as, amongst others, Roger Daltrey, CCCP, Bite the Bullet, Lunatica and Lisa LaRue. Payne has a solo career (starded with the film soundtrack "Ride the Storm") and he is also a member of the band GPS.
