John Petrucci is one of the founding members of Dream Theater. He has produced, together with his bandmate Mike Portnoy, all the Dream Theater's albums since 1999. John Petrucci is recognized by many as one of the most technically gifted guitarists of our times. He has also partecipated to some projects, parallel to his work with Dream Theater, including, Liquid Tension Experiment (with Mike Portnoy), the Explorer's Club and the G3 project. John's first solo album is titled "Suspended Animation" (2005).
