John Scofield is a musician and composer, probably together with Pat Metheny and Bill Frisell, the most representative
guitarist of his generation. He has played and collaborated with several artists, such as, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Bill Frisell, Pat Metheny, Jaco Pastorius, Billy Cobham, Charles Mingus, Joe Henderson
and many other. Scofield has also a solo career started in 1977 with the album "John Scofield".
