Epitaph Volume Four, King Crimson Epitaph Volume Four: The original box set (Epitaph) contained 2 CDs (Volumes One and Two), and instructions on how to obtain Volumes Three and Four (this one), which were sold separately. The later Japanese edition (2007) contains all four volumes plus a bonus disc. Tracks recorded at Chesterfield Jazz Club, 7 September 1969.
