Leon Ware is a singer, songwriter and record producer. Probably Leon Ware has reached his greatest successes as a producer, notably in 1976, with the album 'I Want You', by his friend Marvin Gaye. Ware is also known as the author of Michael Jackson's single, released in 1972, 'I Want to Be Where You Are', and for the album 'Body Heat', along with Quincy Jones. In the seventies and eighties, Ware has released six albums under his own name, with a moderate success. In the nineties, he has participated to numerous musical collaborations, and in 2000, he started to record on his own. The fruits of that work are the albums 'Love's Drippin', 'A Kiss In The Sand' and Moon Ride, produced by Stax in August 2008.
