Lionel Cordew is a musician discovered by Dean Brown and Schuyler Deale, who invited him to join their band called 'Primo'. Since then, Cordew toured and/or recorded with several other bands and musicians, such as, Mike Stern, Gino Vanelli,Roberta Flack, Bill Evans, Gato Barbieri, Special EFX and Mark Johnson to name a few.
