Born Liza May Minnelli, she is an American singer and actress, daughter of singer and actress Judy Garland and film director Vincente Minnelli. Her wonderful career spans through six decades. She released many albums and had lots of collaborations, but her singing career will be undoubtely bound forever in everyone's imagination to the song "New York, New York" (she "shares" this liason with Frank Sinatra).
