At the end of January 2005 drummer Mark Evans, was found murdered, his body inside a car on fire, in an east London car park. The 48 year old musician had been strangled. Police soon charged three people with murder, this tragic end seems to be connected with drug dealing disputes.

Born in 1957, Mark was the second (chronologically) drummer of Warrior Soul. He stayed in the band from 1991 to 1993.
