Nile Gregory Rodgers is an american producer, musician, composer and arranger, who is widely considered as one of the most influential record producers in pop music history. Rodgers began his career as session guitarist in New York, then playing in a boy band called 'Sesame Street', and then working in a local band at the Apollo Theater in Harlem for artists such as Parliament Funkadelic, Aretha Franklin, Nancy Wilson and Ben E. King.
