Paul Hammond is best known as a former member of Atomic Rooster, he was recruited aged 18 into Rooster during summer '70. Hammond left the Rooster in 1971 to form Daemon along with bass-player John Gustafson and vocalist Al Shaw. They recorded the LP "Entrance To Hell". Al Shaw left the band and Daemon became Bullett and then Hard Stuff. Hammond In 1978 worked with the Intellectuals and then, since September 1980, again with the Rooster, until their definitive disbanded, in 1984.
