Paul Douglas Webb also known as "Rustin Man" was a member and bass player of Talk Talk from 1981 to 1988. In the early 90s, Webb together with his friend and ex Talk Talk member Lee Harris, founded the "O.rang". In the early 2000s under the name of "Rustin Man", Harris collaborated with Beth Gibbons for the album "Out of Season" and then he produced the album of James Yorkston titled "The Year of the Leopard" (2006).
