Pete French is probably best known as a former member and lead singer of Atomic Rooster. In October 1969, Pete French began his career in Big Bertha band, along with Cozy Powell, Denny and Dave Ball. Subsequently, in 1971, he was recruited as vocalist into Atomic Rooster to record their 3rd LP, "In Hearing Of", which was released in July '71. After, French worked and collaborated with several bands and artists, such as, amongst others, Cactus (with the Vanilla Fudge rhythm section of Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice) and the German band Randy Pie. In 1978 he released a solo album entitled "Ducks in Flight".
