Richard Palmer-James (born Richard Jeffrey Charles Palmer-James) is known as a member of "Supertramp" in the early 70s (he and Millar only appeared on the band's self-titled debut album) and for his work and his collaborations as lyricist with "King Crimson" for the albums "Larks' Tongues in Aspic", "Starless and Bible Black" and "Red". subsequently Palmer-James worked also with John Wetton and David Cross.
