Aftermath (us): Aftermath was first released on 15 April 1966 by Decca Records, as the fourth British studio album by the Rolling Stones and in the United States on 20 June 1966 by London Records as their sixth American album. Aftermath was also the first among the band's album to be recorded entirely in the United States. This is the first album in Rolling Stones history to contain songs exclusively written by them, in particular by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. In Aftermath there is a lot of musical experimentation also through the usage of unusual instruments for a rock band, and therefore it is renowned as a very first step into psychedelia, a genre which will become a "must" within the rock scene of late 60s and first 70s. Additional musician is arranger and songwriter Jack Nitzsche, on piano, percussions, organ and harpsichord. This US version contains hit single "Paint It Black".
