The Rolling Stones Ep, Rolling Stones The Rolling Stones Ep: The Rolling Stones is the debut EP released by the Rolling Stones in January 1964. It was released after their first hit single "I Wanna Be Your Man", mainly to test the commercial appeal of the band before label Decca Records would sign them to record studio albums. The Rolling Stones includes four songs recorded at two separate sessions in 1963; the first in the USA, Decca Studios, West Hampstead, New York, the second in the UK, De Lane Lea Studios, Kingsway, England.
