One of the most influential American blues, r&b, soul singer and songwriter. Burke had 35 songs in the charts highest positions throughout his career and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001. His “Everybody Needs Somebody to Love” is surely one of the best known songs in the world. He was a bishop and a preacher too, known also as the "King of Rock and Soul", and as the "Bishop of Soul".
