Steve Jansen (born Stephen Batt) is probably best known as member of Japan and for his work and his collaborations also with the Japan's former members, Mick Karn, Richard Barbieri and with his brother, the best known David Sylvian. Steve Jansen with Richard Barbieri formed also a duo called "The Dolphin Brothers". Steve Jansen with David Sylvian and Burnt Friedman founded the "Nine Horses" and their first work was titled "Snow Borne Sorrow" (2005).
