m) MusicAdvisor, at its exclusive discretion, reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the account of the user and to refuse any current and future usage of the Service, or any other service that MusicAdvisor will provide, for any reason at any time. The ending of the Service implies the termination and cancellation of the user's account and the user's withdrawal on any content transmitted and published through that account.
MusicAdvisor reserves the right to refuse the Service to anyone, for any reason at any time.
n) The user has not the possibility to claim any copyright and intellectual property on the content he has published. By accessing the service and transmitting contents and material, the user accepts that these can be viewed and shared by anyone.
o) The use of MusicAdvisor and the access to the services provided, take place without the express written authorization of MusicAdvisor.
p) If the user exploits more than 250 MB/month broadband, or largely exceeds the average broadband usage (this is exclusively and one-sidely determined by MusicAdvisor), we reserve the right to istantly terminate the user's account, at least until this abnormal consumption of broadband could be reduced.
q) We have the chance at our complete and unquestionable discretion, to remove contents and/or parts of them that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, inciteful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
and in violation of third parties intellectual properties or of these Terms and Conditions of the Service. The account responsible of what above mentioned will be immediately terminated.
r) MusicAdvisor reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Service and the Conditions of Use without any notice or warning.

a) MusicAdvisor reserves the right at any time and/or occasionally to modify or interrupt, temporarily or permanently the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice.
b) MusicAdvisor is not and will not be liable in any way to users and/or third parties for any change, modification, suspension or interruption of the Service.
c) The use of MusicAdvisor è "at risk" of the user. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
d) MusicAdvisor provides no warranty, that the services will not be interrupted, that they will be prompt, secure or free from errors, that the results obtained from the Service usage could be accurate and reliable, we wish that their quality will meet your expectations.

policy below, in order to have knowledge on how we treat your pesonal details.
MusicAdvisor considers your privacy rights as a very important matter.

a) In order to comply to the "Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998", MusicAdvisor.biz does not permit the registration of users aged under 13 and will cancel immediately these profiles when acknowledged and/or reported on this.
b) All information are gathered after an explicit action of the user. The complete profile is only a non mandatory option in the registration process, all the information inserted in the complete profile session are visible to all other users (apart from the e-mail address of the registered user, this can be visible only after the explicit choice of the user). The registered user can view at any time which of his details are publicly visible. The explicit activities of the user (i.e. rating or reviewing an album, creating an artist/band profile, filling a chart) are published on the web site and are publicly visible. Private activities (such as sharing messages between registered users) are not publicly visible.
c) MusicAdvisor never publishes the e-mail addresses of its registered users, unless explicitly requested by the users.
d) MusicAdvisor allows its users to provide information to other users in order to improve their knowledge in music.
