The Dead Weather were founded in 2009 by the lead vocalist / guitarist Jack White (White Stripes, Raconteurs), lead singer Alison Mosshart (the Kills), bassist Jack Lawrence (Raconteurs) and
guitarist Dean Fert (Queens Of The Stone Age). Their first album, "Horehound", was released in July 2009.
