Todd Richard Huth is best known as a founding member of Primus, along with Les Claypool and drummer Jay Lane. Huth and Claypool began playing together, along with a drum machine, in 1984, when the band still performed under the name of "Primate". In 1989, Huth left the band to dedicate time to his family, and he was replaced by Larry LaLonde. After, Huth has also toured with Claypool's side-project, Les Claypool's Fearless Flying Frog Brigade.
