Tommy Flanagan (born Thomas Lee Flanagan) is perhaps best known as an accompanist of Ella Fitzgerald. Flanagan however, has also collaborated with many others artists, amongst others, with John Coltrane. As a leader, his debut album is titled "Overseas", and was published in 1957.
