Profile:
Tony Carey is best known as the keyboardist of the Rainbow. Until 1975 he stood in a band called "Blessings", then Ritchie Blackmore called him in Rainbow instead of Micky Lee Soule. Although Carey recorded only one album with Rainbow ( "Rising"), he leaves an indelible trace in the history of the band. excellent example is the introduction to "Tarot Woman" (first track of "Rising").
