Last Decade Dead Century: The first Warrior Soul album was recorded at Electric Lady Studios in NYC. The first version for the American market is a Promo CD by Geffen Records. This is the only album featuring former Killing Joke drummer Paul Ferguson. The song "Charlie's Out Of Prison" is dedicated to Kory's mate Charlie who was in prison for their drug dealing activities during the eighties. The song "One Minute Year" has this title in the CD version of the album, but it is titled "Four More Years" in the LP version, "dedicated" to George Bush Senior at the time President of the USA. This album was unanimously appreciated by music critics, and it is considered by many Warrior Soul fans as the best in their carreer; certainly it was something new in the rock scene, above all for its anti-government lirics and the desperate cry of Kory's metallic voice. Some say that the contemporary generation of rock fans didn't pay much attention to Last Decade Dead Century and didn't confer to Warrior Soul the success they deserved, because they preferred to listen to another (less "politicized") desperate cry in 1990, that of Kurt Cobain and Nirvana.
