He began his carrer with the other members of Black Eyed Peas in 1992 when they formed a break-dancing crew called "Tribal Nation" and then "Atban Klann" - A Tribe Beyond a Nation- until 1995 with MC Mookie Mook. He started to perform with the group B.E.P (Black Eyed Peas) as a singer, rapper, songwriter. He is also a producer and an actor. He can play keyboards, bass, clavinet, drums and piano. In 2008 he wrote the song "Yes We Can" in support of Barack Obama presidential campaign.
