The Wolfmother start their career in 2003 with the EP 'Wolfmother', the release had
success and sold more than 10,000 copies.
In 2005, the band began to recording the self-titled album, which was published in October 2005 in Australia, April 24, 2006 in United Kingdom and the rest of Europe, and May 2, 2006 in the United States. In August 2008 was given the news of removal of bassist and keyboard player Chris Ross and drummer Myles Heskett. In February 2009 joined the Wolfmother, the guitarist Aidan Nemeth, bassist-keyboardist Ian Peres and drummer Dave Atkins. The second album of the band, "Cosmic Egg", was released October 13, 2009.
